We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with jet, turboprop, and reciprocating multi-engine aircraft mechanical components and systems. They will be responsible for performing diagnostic and mechanical duties, including diagnoses of malfunctions and required disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, or adjustment of various aircraft systems.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of aircraft engines, mechanical systems, and components. You will also be responsible for checking, correcting, or replacing complex aircraft assemblies, landing gear systems, air conditioner system, pressurization system, and optional equipment installations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic and mechanical duties on jet and/or turboprop aircraft models involving diagnoses of malfunctions and required disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, or adjustment of various aircraft systems.
  • Requires thorough knowledge of aircraft engines, mechanical systems, and components on all assigned aircraft.
  • Checks, corrects, or replaces complex aircraft assemblies, landing gear systems, air conditioner system, pressurization system, and optional equipment installations.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for conducting functional checks, engine test runs, instrument tests and alignment, and preventive maintenance on same. Rigging, synchronizing of throttles, and setting the stops.

You will also be required to observe operation of mechanical systems during flight and troubleshoot problems for in-shop repairs. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Qualifications:
  • Must hold a B1.1 CASA license.
  • Ability to operate hand tools, power tools and measuring instruments necessary to perform job assignments.
  • Must be able to read and write in English.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities required.
  • Experience on Business aviation.
  • Citation/Hawker/Beechcraft certifications preferred.
