Job Summary

This role is pivotal to the delivery of high-quality teaching and student engagement within postgraduate programs. As an Associate Learning Facilitator, you will support Senior Learning Facilitators in preparing, delivering, and assessing subjects.

This position blends teaching support with student engagement and operational responsibilities, designed for educators who want to contribute to flexible, student-centred learning environments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation, delivery, and assessment of classes under supervision.
  • Provide proactive academic support and guidance to students.
  • Monitor assessment timelines and student progression.
  • Maintain accurate data records and track student outcomes.
  • Collaborate with academic staff and support teams to identify and engage students at risk of non-progression.
Requirements
  • A relevant postgraduate qualification (Master's or discipline-specific).
  • Experience in academic support, tutoring, or postgraduate teaching.
  • Proven ability to manage complex administrative processes and detailed reporting.
  • Strong digital literacy and experience with LMS platforms.
