Key Role in Correctional Centre Mental Health

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our newly formed multi-disciplinary teams at correctional centres in Queensland. This is an exceptional opportunity to deliver clinical services and make a difference in the lives of adults in custody.

The role involves providing a unique suite of clinical services, including assessments and tailored interventions that support mental health and wellbeing. As a clinician, you will conduct independent risk assessments, deliver psychoeducation, and facilitate individual or group-based interventions focused on coping skills and resilience.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse colleagues and individuals in custody. You will also benefit from access to supervision, development opportunities, and clinical frameworks that guide sound decision-making.
