Job Description
This role requires a seasoned construction professional with excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. You will collaborate closely with our senior team members, ensuring seamless project delivery and exceeding client expectations.
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Significant experience working with medium-sized head contractors in Sydney.
- Excellent financial management skills and sound business acumen.
- A proven track record of leading successful projects and teams.
- An established network of industry contacts, including designers, engineers, and client-side PMs.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and existing relationships with subcontractors and consultants.
Package
A competitive salary package, including a base salary range of $150K - $160K + superannuation benefits.
