About the Role- Inspire children through engaging experiences that transform everyday moments into exciting adventures.
- Develop educational programs and experiences that empower children to lead their learning, from sparking creativity with storytelling to becoming fearless adventurers in the outdoors.
- Establish a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all children where messy and risky play is celebrated as a cornerstone of building resilience, creativity, and unforgettable memories.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators because teamwork fuels unforgettable and joyous moments shared in our community.
- Maintain ongoing records of the children's development from the first steps to kindergarten, ensuring no milestone goes undocumented or uncelebrated.
- Lead the curriculum, implementation of experiences, and regular documentation while following the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Creating a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Developing strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to support the growth and well-being of all.
- Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and participating in regular team meetings.
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Full-time availability.
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- A valid Working with Children Check.
- A Child Protection Certificate.
