About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to assist with sales, merchandising, and store operations during the peak season. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing information.
  • Assist with sales floor activities, including restocking shelves, processing transactions, and maintaining visual merchandising displays.
  • Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
Requirements
  • Passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and games.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
