Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and safety-focused Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at our Altona North, Melbourne location. As a key member of our distribution center team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, from receiving and processing stock to picking and loading products for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safe handling and storage of products in accordance with our safety policies and procedures.
  • Receive and process stock into the warehouse, accurately recording and reporting any discrepancies or issues.
  • Pick and load products for delivery, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, contributing to the growth and success of our team.

Requirements:

  • LF & LO Licenses essential.
  • Warehouse experience required, with a strong focus on safety and inventory management.
  • Preferred experience working with appliances, furniture, or large bulky items.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and can-do attitude.

  • A competitive annual base salary of $56,000 - $62,000 + Super.
