We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Enrolled Nurse to join our dynamic team at Northcott, a leading disability service provider. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing and support services to individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care to individuals with disabilities, promoting independence and inclusion in society.
- Work collaboratively with our experienced RNs to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive work environment, adhering to our Clinical Governance Framework and Northcott Values.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in disability support.
- Diploma of Nursing or equivalent tertiary qualifications.
- At least 2 years of clinical EN experience.
- Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Registration with the medication notation is highly preferred.
- NSW Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain.
- Driver's Licence and Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
