Leadership Opportunity in Front Office Technology

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced technology professional to lead our front office team as the Front Office Technology Leader.

This is an exciting role which will involve digital transformation of our trading platforms. You will bring your leadership skills and guide a high performing engineering team, manage the tech leads and be responsible for technology strategy and innovation by developing and implementing technology solutions that align with business objectives. You will also manage relationships with senior stakeholders and vendors to ensure that we leverage best-in-class solutions and services.

  1. Experience in building and managing engineering teams in agile environments
  2. Relevant domain experience in financial markets - front office (FX, Fixed Income or Derivatives)
  3. Background in software engineering with experience in DevOps and cloud technologies
  4. Program/project management
  5. Vendor management

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a high-performing team.
