Job Title

This is a key entry-level role within the Field Service organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply specialized tools and follow documented procedures to diagnose and complete repairs, including preparing required parts and tools.
  • Elevate unresolved issues to experienced technicians and/or supervisors.
  • Perform regular maintenance activities as per schedules and standards on power generation products in the field.
  • Complete documentation such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims via business system input screens.
  • Maintain service vehicle and tools for cleanliness and proper operation.
  • Train electrical apprentices in the branch.
  • Coordinate jobs and responsibilities within the branch and delegate workload.
  • Understand relevant electrical certification required in country.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies and legislation.
