Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Controls Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining cost control systems and procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and managing Performance Measurement Baselines (PMBs) and supporting change control processes.
  • Developing Cost Breakdown Structures (CBSs) and aligning time phasing of budgets with Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs).
  • Producing accruals to accurately reflect actual costs in a timely manner.
  • Generating regular cost reports, including earned value analysis.
  • Supporting development of Change Requests and integrating approved changes into project baselines.
Qualifications
  • 3-6 years' experience in a Project Controls role, preferably in infrastructure major projects.
  • Relevant work experience, ideally in a consultancy environment.
  • Infrastructure and digital controls experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar tools for reporting is desirable.
  • Familiarity with project controls systems such as EcoSys or PRISM is also desirable.
