Senior Lawyer

This role is ideal for a lawyer with 1 to 3 years of PQE experience in corporate, commercial, and/or compliance law.
Main Responsibilities- Perform and analyse conflicts of interest searches
- Liaise with Partners to manage potential conflicts and information barriers
- Review prospective clients for reputational and financial risks
- Assist in reviewing contractual arrangements and advising on legal and commercial risks
- Support staff training on conflicts matters across offices

As a key member of our Conflicts Team, you will provide expert advice to internal stakeholders on conflicts of interest and compliance related matters. This role is designed to challenge and develop your skills as a lawyer in a fast-paced environment.
