Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

The company is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee the audit program, ensuring timely completion of corrective and preventative actions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain an approved schedule for internal, third-party, and customer audits at multiple manufacturing locations.
  • Coordinate with external contacts to arrange third-party audits, including certification, regulatory, and customer audits.
  • Build and manage an internal audit team comprising cross-functional auditors to assess the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Maintain and update the company's Internal Audit procedure.
  • Administer the electronic audit management tool.
  • Lead CAPA review boards to ensure timely and adequate completion of all corrective and preventative actions arising from audit findings, customer feedback, and internally identified issues.
  • Report on audit and CAPA metrics at regular management review meetings.
  • Support the compilation of quality metric data for Management Review meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and AS9100
  • 2+ years experience auditing QMS
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data, identify trends, and apply statistical techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Industry experience in computer/electronics manufacturing preferred
