Creating a workplace culture that values diversity and inclusion is a vital aspect of any successful organization. Our People and Culture team is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Diversity and Inclusion Project Officer to join their ranks.

About The Role

This role plays a critical part in championing inclusion and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for providing essential business and project support, including supporting the delivery of our Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan and Inclusion (Disability) Action Plan.

  • Coordinating meetings and employee network activities
  • Assisting with research, data collection, and compliance reporting
  • Preparing internal communications, reports, and accessible documents
  • Managing records and databases with accuracy and integrity
  • Supporting projects that drive inclusive workplace practices

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team. A strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles and practices is also essential.
