Job Summary:

The Visual Merchandising Design and Operations Expert will develop and create VM direction and creative execution across retail stores and concessions, ensuring all outputs align with brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish the VM direction that supports product range, key trends, and creative brand direction
  • Create window concepts that align with Marketing and Product seasonal direction
  • Develop and produce all creative and promotional print material
  • Communicate VM direction and window installations to retail team via VM Briefs and documentation
  • Lead VM direction for new store openings and provide training of new store teams
  • Train and develop both VM and retail team members on VM standards and expectations
  • Elevate commercial results by driving sales through floor plans and product flow
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure directives are implemented and standards achieved according to company standards
  • Sources props and work with external suppliers to bring the window concept together
  • Ensure timely delivery and budget compliance of all collateral
  • Work with external suppliers for print and delivery, ensuring material arrives on time and is within budget
  • Provide continuous feedback to VM and retail teams to ensure store execution is to the highest standard
Requirements:
  • Experience in similar role in retail industry
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications - desirable however not essential
  • Able to travel to various store locations throughout Australia as required
  • Strong experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Excel and Microsoft office
  • Analytical approach with keen eye for detail
  • Strong commercial and retail acumen
  • Genuine love and understanding of brand
  • Strong communication skills and high level of people and relationship management skills
  • Effective time management - ability to prioritise to achieve results
  • Able to work under pressure and think on your feet
  • Desire for continuous improvement
  • Positive 'can do' attitude
  • Hold current driver's License and vehicle
