Early Childhood Educators Wanted

About the Role

We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Casuals in a dynamic and nurturing environment. Our location is an ideal place for those who want to make a difference in the lives of young children.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work collaboratively with a team of educators towards collective goals.
  2. Facilitate a safe and caring environment for all children.
  3. Drive initiatives, curriculum activities, and continuous improvement.
  4. Observe and document the progress of each child, in line with EYLF & NQS.
  5. Liaise with parents regarding routines, progress and challenges.
  6. Assist with the implementation of programs and experiences to meet the needs of individual children.
  7. Contribute to the completion of documentation of children's skills and interests that includes a clear cycle of reflective practice.
  8. Ensure the physical environment is well maintained.
  9. Engage in professional communication with families and caregivers.
Requirements
  • Certificate III, Diploma or ECT in Early Childhood Education.
  • Flexible availability.
  • Current First Aid.
  • Current CPR.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Child Protection Certificate or willingness to obtain.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
