**Job Opportunity**:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Family Care Team as a Junior Early Education Administrator. This role will see you working closely with the Senior System Administrator in daily duties, joint and autonomously.

The Junior Early Education Administrator Role is a junior entry position, and full training will be provided, along with a Mentor. You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in continuous learning and contribute to the growth of our organisation.

Daily Duties:

  • General administration duties
  • System Support (QikKids, Salesforce, PRODA, Qgrants, KIMS)
  • Kindergarten Funding Support
  • Application of Inclusion Support (ISS) Nationally
  • Application of ACCS Nationally
  • Creating Reports
  • Running Reports
  • Data Entry and Data Analysis
  • Troubleshooting Accounts
  • Troubleshooting CCS
  • Manage schedules and deadlines

You Will Be:

  • A systems/process-minded professional willing to be the go-to on all things CRM
  • Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of technology
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • A team player with a 'can-do' attitude
  • A critical thinker and problem solver
  • Proven ability to prioritise multiple tasks on the go and complete work accurately and on time
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Reliable with a great work ethic

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role and/or Early Education Sector
  • Knowledge of CCS and PRODA
  • Experience in Government Portals
  • Experience in Qikkids
  • Experience in Salesforce
  • PRODA number
  • 6-month Valid Police Check
