Restaurant Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Harry's Chinese Restaurant in Ettalong Beach.

About the Role

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including menu planning, staff management, and customer service.
  • They will work closely with our chefs to design menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • The role also involves managing procurement and pricing strategies to maintain profitability, as well as ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this position, as the candidate will interact with customers, staff, and suppliers on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to support and motivate team members to perform their duties to the best of their abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and planning proficiencies, with the ability to handle operational demands efficiently.
  • Experience and skill with purchasing and inventory management.
  • Proficient knowledge of health regulations and food safety standards.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
