- Customer Service Expertise: Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile
- Visual Merchandising: Set up and maintain visually appealing displays to showcase our products
- Sales Performance: Upsell and promote our offerings to increase sales
- Beverage Preparation: Prepare cold beverages, including milkshakes and iced drinks
- Barista Mastery: Operate the Barista machine with precision and speed
- Food Safety Standards: Maintain food safety standards, performing temperature checks and recording results
- Store Maintenance: Clean and maintain the store environment to ensure a clean and safe space for customers
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Transferable Experience: Prior retail or food experience is highly regarded, but not essential
- Barista Proficiency: Barista experience is a plus
