About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Accor Apartments & Realty. As a key member of our Housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean and comfortable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Support and coordinate the daily activities of our Housekeeping team, ensuring a smooth workflow and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Training and Development: Foster team motivation and growth by providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high cleanliness and productivity standards, aligning with company guidelines to enhance guest experiences.
  • Room Allocation: Efficiently allocate rooms for team members during shifts to maintain an even workload distribution.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure safety standards are met, monitoring labour costs and conducting daily room inspections for quality assurance.
Requirements
  • A sharp eye for detail and previous leadership experience in Housekeeping.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, along with a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • The ability to think on your feet to keep things running smoothly throughout the day.
  • A high standard of personal grooming and a polished appearance.
  • Willingness to not only lead the team but to also work alongside them to ensure their success.
  • Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays.
