About Us

Arrow Energy is an integrated coal seam gas company that develops gas fields, produces and sells coal seam gas, and generates electricity. We have safely and sustainably developed coal seam gas since 2000 and supplied it commercially since 2004 in Queensland and the east coast gas market.

Our vision is to be the most competitive and respected developer of unconventional gas value chains in Australia.

We own and operate the Braemar 2 power station and are developing the Surat Gas Project in western Queensland. The project's first phase comprises over 600 wells and will bring 5 trillion cubic feet of gas to market over 27 years.

Arrow is a joint venture owned by Shell and PetroChina.

The Role

This Brisbane-based position requires occasional travel to field operations as needed. You will report to the Operations Director and be accountable for providing engineering and integrity services across developments, projects, and operations.

You will establish positive relationships with stakeholders, model inclusive behaviours, and act as the primary technical authority for engineering disciplines. You will manage the workloads and priorities of the Engineering and Integrity team and develop Arrow standards, specifications, and procedures.
