Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Front-end Developer to lead the front-end development of our Shopify storefront. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio of Shopify sites with measurable performance results, excellent knowledge of UX principles and accessibility best practices, and hands-on experience with CRO tools.

The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with designers, marketers, and strategists, and have strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience working with development best practices, staging environments, code reviews, and improving site speed is essential.

  • Collaborate with existing developers to build and maintain high-performing Shopify Plus storefronts across multiple regions
  • Own and manage front-end development for our Shopify store (custom themes, sections, UI components)
  • Translate Figma/Adobe XD designs into responsive, high-performance web pages
  • Partner with design and marketing teams to create seamless, intuitive customer experiences
  • Implement and monitor A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve conversion

As a key member of our tech function, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, performance, and user experience in our Shopify storefront.

Requirements
  • Strong portfolio of Shopify sites with measurable performance results
  • Working knowledge of UX principles, accessibility, mobile-first flow optimisation
  • Hands-on experience with CRO tools eg Google Optimize Hotjar VWO GA4
  • Familiarity with Shopify Plus custom APIs and third-party integrations
  • Collaborative mindset and strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven approach
  • Experience working with development best practices staging environments code reviews etc
  • Previous success with improving site speed
