Care Professionals Sought for Rural Placements

We are seeking experienced and qualified care professionals to support our efforts in rural regions. This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact while gaining professional and personal experiences.


This role involves providing person-centred care and support to clients with diverse needs, including those with dementia and high care requirements. You will develop, coordinate, and implement tailored care plans to meet individual client goals.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing person-centred care and support to clients.
  • Developing, coordinating, and implementing care plans tailored to individual client goals.
  • Supporting clients with mobility and manual handling equipment.
  • Collaborating with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic care delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate, timely documentation in line with organisational standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Certificate III (or higher) in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, or Disability.
  • Qualified and experienced care professionals, with a minimum of three years' experience working in community or residential aged care.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and/or recent experience in aged care, including dementia care and manual handling.
  • A current Australian driver's licence and access to a registered vehicle with third-party insurance.
  • A current Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People registration.
