Subacute Ward Caregiver

The Subacute Ward Registered Nurse plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. As part of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and families.
Working over Rehabilitation, GEM and Palliative care, you will be supported by our experienced multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care that meets the unique needs of each individual.
- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHRA
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Patient-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional care
- Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or working visa
Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time position available.
