Lead the Frontiers of AI Innovation

As a senior researcher in deep learning, you will spearhead our team in pushing the boundaries of AI innovation and its real-world application to banking challenges.

You will be responsible for driving breakthroughs in deep learning that will influence global research and transform how AI is applied to real-world problems.

Collaborate with world-leading AI researchers and contribute to advancements in machine learning, with your work influencing both academic thought and industry practice.

Guide a team of researchers, bridging academia and industry application. Expand research into next-generation AI architectures from Transformers to ConvNets and beyond.

Develop the foundations for building high-performing AI models that are computationally efficient and cost-effective.

Inspire and mentor our interns, nurturing bold thinking and creative exploration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy FML models into production.
  • Develop accurate, fair, and transparent AI Models ensuring trust and reliability in real-world deployment.
  • Take the models to new architectures and paradigms such as adding System 2 capabilities – reasoning.
  • Expand research into next-generation AI architectures from Transformers to ConvNets and beyond.
  • Develop the foundations for building high-performing AI models that are computationally efficient and cost-effective.
  • Inspire and mentor our interns, nurturing bold thinking and creative exploration.

Requirements:

  • A hands-on technologist experienced in designing and deploying FML models into production.
  • Creativity & Curiosity for AI Deep Learning research, and passion for experimentation.
  • Strategic Vision and fascination for building systems for real-world challenges.
  • Dedication to developing AI Models that are accurate, fair, and transparent, ensuring trust and reliability in real-world deployment.
  • Knowledge of Scalable and resource-efficient models that are computationally efficient, enabling deployment at scale.
  • Technical expertise in neural network architecture and methods (e.g., LLM's, optimization strategies, big data training algorithms).
  • Passion for leadership, inspiring and expanding minds.
