Claims Examiner

Role Overview

We are seeking motivated Insurance Claims Examiners, Lawyers, Paralegals and Investigation Experts to contribute to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit employer sites, client locations or accident scenes in your region (or further across NSW if desired);
• Conduct interviews with key parties, gather relevant evidence, perform scene inspections & collect documents;
• Prepare detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner; Maintain effective communication with our support team and clients as required;
• Enjoy a varied day interacting with people from diverse backgrounds

About You:

You must have a strong desire to obtain (or already hold) your Certificate III in Investigations; A valid driver's licence and vehicle are essential for this role; You may come from a claims, insurance, legal, financial services or government background; A genuine interest in investigations & fraud is necessary; Excellent written and verbal skills are required; Strong attention to detail with the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally is crucial; You must be self-motivated and able to work within strict time frames; A career in Insurance Claims Investigations is a great opportunity.
