We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our Asset Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage and develop the team's skills and expertise in asset finance, personal loans, and commercial lending.
  • To oversee end-to-end lending processes with high accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have:

Requirements:
  • Minimum few years of experience in the finance industry, working across multiple lending products.
  • Strong knowledge of asset finance, personal and business lending.
  • Certificate IV (or higher) in Finance & Mortgage Broking is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

This role requires an experienced broker who can take on a leadership position and drive the team's performance forward.
