- Develop and lead the mobile product vision across iOS and Android platforms.
- Craft and maintain a clear, actionable roadmap that aligns with organizational goals.
- Identify and address gaps in mobile UX, performance, and platform conventions.
- Prioritize effectively, balancing immediate impact with long-term strategic value.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to execute high-quality mobile features.
- Serve as the internal authority on mobile best practices, guiding teams on release management and platform expectations.
- Foster a culture of mobile-first thinking across all business areas.
- 6+ years of experience in product management, with at least 4 years focused on mobile applications (iOS and Android).
- Demonstrated track record of delivering impactful mobile experiences in fast-paced growth environments.
- In-depth understanding of mobile-specific behaviors, frameworks, UX conventions, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- High-agency, self-starter mindset with a strong bias for action and delivery.
- Comfortable operating in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
