As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to painting, decorating, and plastering. This includes:

• Assisting with general painting, wallpapering, and repairs to attractive finishes;
• Instructing other engineering staff on surface preparation and paint application methods;
• Ensuring all work areas are clean, organized, and meet occupational health and safety guidelines;

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A formal qualification in Painting, Decorating, and/or Plastering;
• Good physical fitness, including being on your feet most of the day with lots of bending and kneeling;
• A QLD White Card and Drivers Licence;
• Strength to lift, push, and pull big objects like luggage, bags, and parcels up to 50lbs (23 kg);
• Interpersonal skills, both written and verbal;
