We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Insights Analyst to join our team at Myer. As a key member of our Digital Experience team, you will play a critical role in defining, developing, and driving features and initiatives that elevate the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Translate business requirements into actionable insights
- Create comprehensive dashboards and reports to inform business decisions
- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Define success metrics and monitor program metrics to measure impact
- Assist with troubleshooting, testing, and validation of tracking setup in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
- Maintain tag management and tracking documentation to ensure data accuracy
- Provide analytical support to a range of teams, ensuring data accuracy and ongoing maintenance
- Enhance end-to-end processes for the analytics area to improve efficiency
- Contribute to the maturity and readiness of our digital analytics capabilities and roadmap
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and share performance insights
- Collaborate with external data agencies to drive efficiency and innovation
- 2+ years of experience as a Digital Analyst or similar role
- Advanced analytical skills in Google Analytics 360 and similar tools
- Proven track record in supporting digital channels in a fast-paced eCommerce environment with strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools (Looker Studio, Microstrategy, Power BI, or Tableau)
- Experience with web tracking technologies and implementation
- Understanding of data layers, tag implementation, debugging, and deployment of tags via tools such as Google Tag Manager
