Restaurant Manager Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
  • Manage key performance indicators such as financials and rostering
  • Supervise and coach team members to deliver an exceptional dining experience
  • Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
Requirements
  • Highly motivated natural leader who is hands-on
  • Passion for food and restaurant operations
  • Positive 'can-do' attitude
  • Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience (preferred)
