About This Role
">This is a strategic customer-facing position focused on increased adoption of Teradata technologies and customer value realization of their investment. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will advocate for Teradata to drive success across multiple customer outcomes.
">The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator who can confidently and persuasively craft, summarize, and deliver messages tailored to different groups, including users, influencers, and stakeholders.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement customized strategies to manage and curate existing customer relationships, driving business growth, customer value, satisfaction, and retention within assigned accounts.">
- Establish new relationships with business and IT decision-makers (up to C-suite) to drive growth and adoption of current investments, while identifying upselling and expansion opportunities.">
- Drive utilization and feature adoption of Teradata software and services by positioning new features to enhance current and new analytical applications in pursuit of delivering additional customer outcomes.">
- Educate customers on how to use Teradata solutions to solve their most demanding business issues.">
- Own activities and issues that drive successful outcomes for customers, ensuring they are happy and see value in continuing to renew.">
