We're currently seeking an experienced Property and Wills & Estate Lawyer with 1-2 years of post-admission experience to join our team in Macquarie Park.
This role offers the opportunity to work with Senior Lawyers and Partners in our Private Client and Property teams, handling a diverse range of legal matters including:
- Estate planning and drafting legal documents such as Wills, Testamentary Trusts, and Loan Agreements
- Deceased estate administration, managing the process from start to settlement
- Estate disputes and contested Will litigation, assisting clients with complex matters
- Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPOAs) and NCAT guardianship and administration matters
- Trusts and superannuation matters, providing advice on property-related estate issues
- Drafting legal documents and advising clients on property transactions
- Conducting due diligence and reviewing title searches, leases, and property documents
- Handling conveyancing matters from start to settlement
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a keen interest in building and maintaining client networks.
