We're currently seeking an experienced Property and Wills & Estate Lawyer with 1-2 years of post-admission experience to join our team in Macquarie Park.

This role offers the opportunity to work with Senior Lawyers and Partners in our Private Client and Property teams, handling a diverse range of legal matters including:

  1. Estate planning and drafting legal documents such as Wills, Testamentary Trusts, and Loan Agreements
  2. Deceased estate administration, managing the process from start to settlement
  3. Estate disputes and contested Will litigation, assisting clients with complex matters
  4. Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPOAs) and NCAT guardianship and administration matters
  5. Trusts and superannuation matters, providing advice on property-related estate issues
  6. Drafting legal documents and advising clients on property transactions
  7. Conducting due diligence and reviewing title searches, leases, and property documents
  8. Handling conveyancing matters from start to settlement

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a keen interest in building and maintaining client networks.
