Early Childhood Educator Position with Opportunities for Growth

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our Hampton team at Only About Children. As an Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the minds of young children and helping them reach their individual potential.
Our team prioritizes giving children the best start to life, and we're looking for someone who shares our HEART principles (honestly, excellence, accountability, respect & teamwork). If you're passionate about supporting children through daily routines, engaging them in exciting activities, and communicating with families about their child's day, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a casual educator, you will work closely with our team to provide high-quality early years education and care to over 8,000 families across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. We offer a unique approach to learning that goes beyond education to encompass the health and wellbeing of every child in our care - The OAC Way.
We're committed to initiatives that support our team and sector more broadly, including the Federal Governments ECEC Worker Retention Payment Program, which offers an additional 10% allowance on top of the current national award rate.

Salary: $25-$30 per hour (estimated based on qualifications and experience)
