**About the Role**

In this exciting opportunity, you'll be responsible for managing and driving the planning and delivery of cost optimization and business improvement initiatives for our Technology portfolio. You'll work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Help key stakeholders understand the objectives of key cost optimization and business improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes within technology operations and partner with our business to identify opportunities to optimize the supply chain, including inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and fulfillment.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of automation initiatives and track progress towards goals.
  • Build trust with key stakeholders and protect and enhance Coles' reputation with customers, stakeholders, regulators, and media.
  • Accountable for personal and team compliance with internal company policies, procedures, and codes, as well as all applicable external laws, regulations, standards, and industry codes.

**About You and Your Skills**

  • At least 5 years' experience with business transformation, service improvement, or business improvement projects, preferably in a technology environment.
  • The establishment of templates, reports, and other tools to increase efficiencies, transparency, and delivery excellence related to optimizing costs.
  • Planning and tracking business cases, tracking benefits, and communicating progress.
  • A passionate people leader who has indirectly led members from diverse disciplines and backgrounds, running in multi-speed and cadence delivery methods.
  • Expert interpersonal skills and leadership capabilities that enable you to communicate and manage relationships across all levels throughout the organization.
  • Experience using metrics to measure, influence, and initiate change and behaviors that directly impact customer success.
  • The ability to tell a story, ensuring you can translate complex technical solutions and advice into clear, specific information that is understood.
  • Experience managing relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-resolution skills.
