Are you a skilled grounds maintenance professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity available for a Grounds Maintenance Labourer

As a Grounds Maintenance Labourer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to maintain the grounds and surrounding areas. This may include mowing, mulching, weeding, and soft landscaping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform garden maintenance and clean-up tasks
  • Manage grass cutting and vegetation
  • Assist with ground clean-up and general handyman work
  • Participate in labour hire projects

Requirements:

  • Ability to use equipment - lawnmower/ride on, hedging, whipper snipping (tools of trade)
  • Able to load equipment on and off a Ute
  • Full-time hours - 7am-3.30pm daily, Mon-Fri
  • Located in Sydney Metro area
  • Reliability and a positive attitude
  • Punctuality and professionalism
  • Ability to follow instructions and collaborate within a team
  • Adherence to strict OH&S guidelines
  • Capability to work independently when required
  • Friendly and respectful demeanor towards clients and colleagues
  • Multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Background in ground maintenance or trades preferred
  • Valid driver's license is a must
  • Proficiency with power tools is advantageous

Experience:

  • Groundskeeping: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • White Card (required)
  • Cultural Certificate (preferred)
  • Driver Licence (required)
