Experienced Project Manager Wanted for Inner West Development

We are an established luxury residential builder, expanding into class two residential and commercial builds, currently recruiting an experienced project manager to lead a $15MIL project in the Inner West.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we embark on growth into the commercial and class two space. Our company is led by two renowned Sydney construction professionals with an exceptional track record.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of a growing team, with three further projects already confirmed for later in the year, offering quick career progression opportunities and the chance to work directly with senior NSW construction professionals.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Demonstrated experience delivering multiple projects from start to finish as a PM;
- A degree qualification;
- Sydney building experience;
- Class two residential experience;
- The ability to work autonomously;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Client-facing experience.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per annum, making it an attractive opportunity for experienced project managers looking to advance their careers in the construction industry.
