About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer who can lead concept-led thinking and drive digital experiences end-to-end.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a studio or agency, with expertise in UX/UI and digital motion, and fluency in Figma and Adobe CC.

Responsibilities include:

  • Pursuing innovative concepts that stand the test of time, especially in digital
  • Leading projects from research and strategy through to delivery: websites, apps, brand identities, campaigns, packaging and more
  • Translating a brand's essence into distinctive, responsive digital experiences; building interactive prototypes to sell the idea
  • Guiding and mentoring mid/junior designers; giving and taking feedback with clarity
  • Identifying and briefing the right collaborators (developers, animators, photographers, writers, etc.) to elevate the work
  • Partnering with PMs to scope, schedule and hit deadlines
  • Presenting work to clients with confidence; building trust and pushing thinking
