Job Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in the industrial equipment sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

About You
  • You have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial equipment sector (stone, glass, steel, construction).
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • You are self-motivated with a strong drive for results, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Report directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing, providing regular updates on outdoor sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
  2. Strive to meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators, including sales targets, customer acquisition goals, and other relevant metrics.
  3. Work closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing to align individual sales strategies with broader organizational objectives, ensuring synergy across the sales team.
  4. Provide valuable insights into market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, contributing to strategic decision-making.
  5. Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing to align outdoor sales strategies with overall organizational objectives and marketing initiatives.
  6. Establish an effective feedback loop with the Head of Sales and Marketing, providing insights on customer needs, market trends, and potential opportunities.
  7. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads and opportunities to meet sales targets.
  8. Foster long-term relationships with clients, aiming for repeat business and customer loyalty.
  9. Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts based on market trends, customer feedback, and historical data to assist in resource planning.
What We Offer
  • A competitive commission-based compensation package, with a guaranteed salary of AU$80,000 - AU$100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
