Job Title: Skilled Labourer

We are seeking an experienced labourer to join our workforce in delivering planned and reactive maintenance across civil assets.

About the Role:
  • Performing routine maintenance and repair work on roads, stormwater systems and other infrastructure
  • Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and efficiency when operating tools and machinery
  • Ensuring traffic control measures are in place and adhering to site safety protocols
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, as well as keeping equipment in good condition
Requirements:
  • A valid Class C Driver's Licence and White Card (WHS Induction)
  • Proven experience in civil construction, maintenance or related fields
  • Strong skills in concrete finishing and asphalt laying
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
