Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of notifications received under the Act. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing notifications, conducting technical assessments, and managing cases of non-compliance. You will work closely with external stakeholders to provide guidance on ownership notifications and build positive relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to defined service quality standards and health and safety policies.
- Assess notifications received under the Act, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while meeting service and performance targets.
- Conduct technical assessments of notifications to ensure compliance with the Act.
- Correspond with stakeholders accordingly.
- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Manage cases of non-compliance under supervision.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated familiarity with or the capacity to swiftly grasp knowledge of the Pharmacy Business Ownership Act 2001.
- A demonstrated understanding of business frameworks and commercial transactions.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills.
