Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a Team: You will manage and mentor a team to achieve project objectives and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: You will engage with stakeholders, including industry professionals and community groups, to ensure effective policy development.
  • Represent OIR: You will represent the Office of Industrial Relations (OIR) at industry forums and national committees.
