About Us

We are a leading provider of world-class security services and solutions with national coverage and long-standing client partnerships.

As a key member of our high-performing team, you will oversee the day-to-day security operations for a portfolio of sites, ensuring service delivery expectations are exceeded, and supporting your colleagues effectively.

The role involves supervising security operations at allocated sites, driving a customer-centric environment amongst team members, assisting with event planning and coordination, implementing people management practices, ensuring teams and sites have necessary skills and equipment, maintaining company policies and procedures while driving a strong safety culture, and acting as relief security officer when needed.

Job Requirements:

  • QLD Unarmed (with crowd controller) Security Licence, First Aid Certificate, and full QLD Drivers Licence
  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment, Security Risk Management, or Frontline Management highly regarded
  • 1 year minimum experience in security operations
  • Proven experience developing security documentation and supervising teams
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft suite of products
  • Demonstrated competency in implementing company systems across various client sites
  • Strong time management and forward planning skills
  • Excellent communication and personal presentation skills
