Job Description

We are seeking a visionary reconciliation architect to design and deliver next-generation solutions that transform how global businesses manage their close cycles.

This is an opportunity to work with some of the most forward-thinking finance teams, backed by one of Europe's fastest-growing digital consultancies.

  • Architect and design scalable solutions to streamline and automate account reconciliation processes.
  • Lead end-to-end implementations, ensuring alignment with client business requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate with finance and IT teams to optimise reconciliation workflows and integration points.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership in configuration, automation, and integration with other Oracle EPM tools.
  • Define and deliver best-fit architectural solutions for new initiatives and ongoing enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, governance, and industry best practices.
  • Drive innovation through proof-of-concept developments for new features and integrations.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in ARCS and related EPM solutions.
Requirements

Essential skills include:

  • Significant experience in Oracle EPM Cloud solutions with a focus on ARCS and FCCS.
  • Proven expertise in solution architecture, system integration, and automation within financial close and reconciliation.
  • Strong knowledge of financial consolidation processes and hands-on proficiency in Oracle FCCS, HFM, and related applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable reconciliation solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
