Job Overview

As a senior consultant, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding critical systems and information assets for businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide cyber security assurance and engineering services to clients.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships, manage teams, and conduct assessments.
  • Translate technical findings into actionable roadmaps and ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
  • Support sales activities and mentor junior consultants.
  • Contribute to the overall knowledge sharing and growth within the delivery team.
  • Play a key role in supporting the development of capability globally, which may involve travel.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in assessing and developing cyber security engineering solutions for industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, and other OT environments.
  • Ability to provide consulting services in IT & OT convergence challenges and solutions, with a focus on rail sector commissioning depots or manufacturing facilities.
  • Perform risk assessments and gap analyses against relevant industry standards and frameworks.
  • Lead workshops with suppliers and operators to facilitate 62443 Initial Risk Assessments and Detailed Risk Assessment processes.
  • Design and implement security controls specific to industrial environments.
  • Manage projects that create and deliver technical reports and executive presentations for clients.
  • Understanding of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security solutions specific to OT environments and protocols.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and presentation skills, along with exceptional written communication and reporting abilities.
  • Recognised OT qualification such as GIAC GICSP, 62443, and similar.
  • Experience delivering OT projects within critical national infrastructure clients, ideally in the transport subsector.
