We're looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our retail team. As a seasonal casual retail assistant, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and sales support.

About the Role
  • You'll be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and ensuring that customers find what they need.
  • Our busy season runs from November 28th through January 31st, and we're seeking team members who can work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays during this period.
  • Your typical day will involve:
  • Customer Service (register operator, customer service, and sales):
  • Refill (Product receiving and processing, replenishing of stock)
  • Visual Merchandising (Making our stores and product look their best)
  • Morning Fill or Night Fill shifts available in some locations
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Retail experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • We're looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Reliability and resilience are also key attributes for this role.
  • This position requires stamina for tasks like stocking shelves, assisting customers, and more throughout the day.
  • Knowledge or passion for our products is highly regarded.
  • You'll be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including providing two reference checks and work rights verification.
