Job Title: Electrical Leading Hand

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Leading Hand to join our team. The successful candidate will lead a crew of electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on construction sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Leading Hand in heavy industrial construction
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to guide, motivate, and support a team of electricians
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • A current WA electrical Licence or willingness to obtain one
  • A White Card and High Risk Work Licence (WP)
  • Working at Heights qualification
  • First Aid- Low Voltage Rescue & CPR certification
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screen
  • National Police Clearance or ability to apply for one
