The Organisation Overview

A government-owned organisation is responsible for managing 11% of the world's airspace and provision of aviation rescue fire fighting services at Australia's busiest airports.

Role Responsibilities

Schedule projects within governance frameworks, prepare monthly reports, provide administrative support, ensure project approvals and perform other activities.

Our ideal candidate will have experience with project co-ordination skills, knowledge of governance frameworks, artefacts, and processes.

Develop business documents, reports, and communication material using expertise, preferably in a digital transformation environment.

Key Qualifications
  • Qualification in Business Administration or related field
  • Demonstrated program and project coordination skills
  • Experience with Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Project and/or equivalent tools
