About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Kapitol Group. As a key member of our construction services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to the development and implementation of cost-effective services construction strategies
  2. Oversee compliance with all safety, quality, design, authority, and building code requirements
  3. Ensure all client requirements are met for services packages in head and subcontracts
  4. Monitor the documentation of a project to meet brief and procurement requirements
  5. Assist with reviewing changes to services design in line with budgetary constraints
  6. Adhere to the application of relevant green building/sustainability rating requirements
  7. Coordinate the work of subcontractors for the installation of services packages
  8. Track programs and job plans, adjusting as required to meet schedule
  9. Coordinate services design and pertaining procurement programs
  10. Rectify issues raised by external and internal stakeholders
  11. Review sub-contractor claims and recommend approval
  12. Support the rectification of services defects as required
  13. Monthly reporting for services installation progress
  14. Identify new technologies for improving operations
Requirements
  1. Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), or equivalent trade background
  2. 3 to 6+ years' relevant industry experience in services engineering, consulting, or coordination
  3. Prior Tier 1 or 2 builder experience on site for large commercial building services projects
  4. Practical knowledge of the NCC/BCA and relevant building services requirements
  5. Sound construction knowledge and understanding of building/construction trades
  6. Proven experience coordinating services subcontractors/consulting engineers
  7. Well-versed with quality and safety requirements on construction projects
  8. Well-developed planning, program management, stakeholder management, task management, collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
