About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at O'Brien Glass Industries Limited. As a key member of our Customer Service and Administration Team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Face-to-Face Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Customer Support: Answer customer inquiries, provide support to the manager, and assist with the running of daily operations.
  • Repair Inspections: Conduct repair inspections on vehicles and effectively communicate with customers regarding delivery lead times.
  • Customer Education: Educate customers on our full scope of services and provide solutions to their needs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, including issuing invoices and raising job authorities as required.
  • Scheduling: Schedule repair bookings and source suitable resolutions to customer concerns.
Requirements
  • Professional Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Current Driver's License: Hold a current driver's license.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customers.
  • Administrative Skills: Support the Branch manager with administrative tasks.
  • Time Management: Possess excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Microsoft Office: Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
